 Warranty and Returns Polir warrants each of their remanufactured cartridges to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If any Polir cartridge is found to be defective, Polir will replace the cartridge at no charge or refund the purchase price of the cartridge within one year from the date of purchase. This is subject to first having the cartridge returned with sample pages of the defective prints and a note of explanation enclosed. Any sign of tampering will void this warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Unused toner products from any manufacturer which are returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Replacement or credit from other manufacturer's products is subject to their warranties. All products returned must be in re-sellable condition in the original manufacturers packaging. Polir does not place any additional warranties on other manufacturer's products.
